Ingredients.
100gms carrot
100 gms beans
small cauliflower
small cabbage
100 gms peas
100 gms tomatoes.
Grind to paste
1”cinnamon
2 cloves
2 cardamom
1 tsp ginger
2 pods of garlic
½ a coconut
10 green chillies
tomato
Method
Wash vegetables and cook.
Grind the spices to a fine paste
Mix with cooked vegetables
Garnish with sautéed onions and coriander.
